I am very disappointed because they don't use the provided safe place for the parcel. I paid for the delivery to have the parcel at my home. Many times I just have the red leaflet to collect the parcel myself. ????

Got to the delivery office and it closed at 11am when the website says 12pm. I saw so many ppl turn up to a closed door. Couple of days before xmas. So many postal delays then this! Really disappointing
