I know the owner of this garage Mr.Harish from last 35 years. Recently I got my repairs job done for Mercedes and Ford cars and their work was excellent and timely. The garage manager Mr.Prem is very polite and honest in his work. Iam very satisfied with their work and would recommend everyone to use their services.

Mr. Prem is super! The place is apparently very busy, but on the other hand very efficient and everybody is attended properly. Many people using 'busy' as excuse for low quality delivery, should come to this garage to learn how to manage things. I'm very impressed!

Firstly,
I must say, I stumbled upon this Garage by luck.
My Truck (CHEVY AVALANCHE) needed Repair and Paint job. So my Insurance company directed me to Bin Faris Auto Services.
This was two years ago.

Lately and till date I am a regular client at Bin Faris Auto services for my routine Vehicle servicing.
I must say this garage is handled by Prem and his lovely people (mechanics and office personnel) working together to make every customer drive away his vehicle with a SMILE.

The customer experience is really good and the work done on ones car will be discussed and mentioned to the customer before starting any repairs or servicing.
The cost is the best compared to my other experiences.
Very reasonably priced.

Mr. Prem takes time to answer your concerns and ensures you that the vehicle will be repaired or serviced exceeding ones expectations.
One should meet Prem in person and experience the customer experience.

Finally, your Car will be washed and shiny when you recieve on collection.

Thank you for an amazing experience every time.

This Garage was recommended to me by my friend over a year and a half ago. He told me that the personal in this garage are fantastic and provide excellent service. When one looks for a garage to service and maintain the car, it is expected that the mechanics, technicians will treat you a car as their own car and if you have to leave the car you would be at ease of mind that your car is in good hands, with Bin Faris you can expect the same. The person in charge and my to go to person in this garage is Mr Prem and he is the reason Why I have been loyal to this garage for a very long time. Every single time no matter how little or big the problem is Prem has provided an excellent service. Over the past few years I’ve had many cars and I’ve had used many garages but it did not lastVery long because it is very difficult to trust people specially in this competitive market.

The quality of the parts, the price, the service that is done in this garage is exceptional and way better than the garages around. I live in Sharjah But I bring my car to Dubai to this garage And I think that’s the testimony of my trust that I have in Mr Prem and his team. One of the team member that I can think of is Mr Kamran who has been very helpful.

I’ve also recommended a friend of mine did this garage and the reason why I wouldn’t hesitate Recommending Garage to anyone else because my friend was extremely satisfied.

No matter how big or small your cars on the problem that I have you can bring it here and it will be taken care off.

I was referred by one of my colleague. Last week I went there for an major repair for the stock absorber replacement and vibration on the steering issue. Within 30 min estimate was given and within a day job was done on time. Charge was much cheaper than agency repair eventhough they used genuine spare parts from toyota. Support from Mr.Prem was excellent and he even dropped me at the taxi stand after i left my car for service. Strongly recommend them for any type of car service.
