This place serves a really good burger overall. It was absolutely delicious, with a tender patty that melted in my mouth. The service was great, and the staff was very nice and attentive. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely, adding to the overall dining experience. If you're looking for a satisfying burger and a pleasant atmosphere, I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

We went there for their special Crazy shakes masterclass for kids and had a great time with family.
Definitely Recommend the Korean wings, Cookie shake, Philly steak burgers, Nashville wings.
The service was great too especially Sam, Xyla, Joy and Rocky????????

Visited black tap @ Mall of Emirates today. So disappointed with the food.
The house salad had too much vinegar already and was missing the key salad ingredients. It left me with an unpleasant taste in my mouth.
The kids menu - chicken burger was a let down as well. The chicken didn’t taste good plus there wasn’t enough sauce or any lettuce in the burger.
The crazy shake it’s known for - I feel it’s hyped for no reason. They charge a lot for that shake and it tasted just like an ordinary shake, nothing so special about it. Of course it looks good but taste wise I’m not impressed, I’ve had better shakes other places at half the price.
The guacamole and chips was the only snack I liked , rest everything was utterly disappointing.

Overall - over priced, hyped , not enough serving.

Will not be visiting it again.

That’s a nice place to enjoy a great meal.
We tried their burgers at Dubai mall branch and it was yummy. This time we decided to have salads and korean bbq tenders. Everything was over the top. Chicken was tender, portions big and super satisfying.

The burger which I earlier had from Jumeirah road branch and this was little different. It's good, but somehow felt Jumeirah branch was nicer, sane goes with the Shakes - which is their popular item

I had a great experience. The waiter was great. The food was amazing. I had a burger with vanilla shake. Vanilla shake was amazing, very think and tasty.
Would def recommend it.

I wanted to eat there since long time to see how they make burgers and was waiting for the right food lover and no one better than chef Mohammed Salah , started with Nashville hot wings the wings nice tender taste good but it’s ain’t Nashville at all didn’t raven tickle my lips ????, then the entire food came onion rings was huge which made me happy but not crispy as it should to add to the flavour and told the waiter about it , we shared both burgers and what I can say the Cuban was super perfect can rate it 9.9 /10 we both loved the taste and the mixture of flavours together, the Texan burger was good but compared to Cuban no but still burger cooked as we asked medium well taste of beef was there an that’s what I always want to feel so happy for the experience and sutra want to eT Cuban again

Nothing special about this burger. I would prefer to go to Shake Shack or BWW. The beef patty is thick which I do not prefer. The soft drink is expensive. I paid 106 Dhs for a burger, fries and soft drink. That’s A LOT. Three stars cos of the nice presentation.
