Getting there he turned up on time and was great but getting home was a nightmare.
So the return journey he had an issue with his car meaning we ended up having to spend 40 minutes stood outside in the pitch black and cold, as the wedding had finished and the venue had closed (my youngest was in tears as she was so cold and scared).
I understand he had issues with the car but I rang twice to check he was still coming and both time was told he was only 10 mins away, I explained that the venue was shut and we were waiting outside, so if he would have told us from the start that it would be 40 minutes we could have sorted a lift with one of the other taxis that came to the venue.
Overall I probably would use Kintillo Cabs again if I was in the area, hopefully he has learnt from this situation and if he is in a similar predicament in the future he would deal with it slightly better
