This was my second time ordering from Bloomingbox and was really amazed not only with their customer service (very prompt and professional), but also their floral arrangement and overall presentation. Really classy, elegant and yes! with a touch of magic ????. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered flowers from here for my friend's birthday, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely delightful! From start to finish, the team members provided splendid service and were very helpful.
I had a few questions and requests, and Awam and Issam were there to help me every step of the way. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable. I truly appreciate their dedication in making sure my queries were addressed and my needs were met.

Thank you to the whole team for making my friend's birthday extra special. She loved the beautiful flowers and the cake.

The products are great. Flowers are fresh and the cake is great. It was so easy to do a transaction with the help of Wissam. Although it was last minute arrangement, the delivery came on time. Thank you BloomingBox! Looking forward to more celebrations with you guys!

After being a frequent client, buying a few flower boxes during this month, together with other colleges, I received last time old looking lilies box. Their WhatsApp support is amazing when you're trying to buy, calling you when necessary, but of course when solving problems after the payment is done, and flowers were received, there's simply no support at all. I had to explain a few times on WhatsApp, followed by a message that I would receive a call, but nobody reached out. And they kept blaming the way flowers were kept, which was not the issue at all, as they were received like that already. Disappointing experience.

Beautiful arrangements and fast delivery. The Online staff is helpful. Wissam was very accommodating. The florist also has very nice taste in all arrangements that i have previously ordered, the flowers are always fresh. Very convenient to order from them.

I always order from bloomingbox whenever I have special events and celebrations. they have been very efficient and helpful. Just like today when I had to change the delivery add all of a sudden; Abdullah managed to support promptly and accurately. So Im super happy with the service and ofcourse I love their products. It makes a huge difference when Customer Service reps are supportive and prompt! Highly recommended
