I booked a holiday apartment on Palm Jumeirah through Airbnb with Blue Ocean as the Host and paid 50% of the booking up front. After some time they tried to increase the price of the booking by more than double the original price and after I refused to pay the increase they cancelled my booking.

I stayed in their apartment for 6 days. I must say its an amazing experience to live there. their services are exceptional and staff was also really kind and helpful. Highly recommended????????

I’m staying with blue ocean since 2018, since COVID till now,
I have stayed Damac Vogue, Bays Edge, Prive, Upper Crest and finally again move to Vogue, the staff and service always the great, specially from the Manager Ashker the service is super, as well the team members,
I remember the name Alamein, cleaning always good,
Thanks for the wonderful support at all time,

I was staying in Damac Upper Crest , Staff very friendly and helpful Nice hotel apartments Good location near dubI mall for shopping It is very cool The hotel is comfortable and tidy I would like to say thanks Management & team . ????

I have to say that the service of Ashker was exceptional. Always attending my requests and helping when needed. However, they have a serious problem with DAMAC car plate recognition gate. I was being stopped every single time I wanted to get into the tower, and asked thousand questions. For some reason nobody could resolve my problem of the car plate not being registered in the system, and my stay turned into a kind of nightmare as it was like they were making me a favor to open the barrier every time I needed to get in.
For that reason, I left the appartment.

My visit to the dentist today, was very efficient. The lady working behind the desk was very friendly. My appointment was on time and my check up with the dentist went well. I saw the same dentist I have always seen and she is very nice. Nothing to be done, just a couple of xrays, so I was pleased about that. All in all I have no complaints at all

Our first trip today and the staff were AMAZING, so polite and happy to help. Im glad we decided to move to this dental practise, The children were made to feel at ease which is really what you want from the dentist.

Really impressed by the amazing service at this dental practice
I had to have my tooth extraction. The lovely dentist Joao was brilliant. He was very professional. Made me feel at ease and did a great job ! Highly recommended.

The only negative thing I can say, there were 4 reception ladies behind the counter and not one looked up to acknowledge me, even if they said hi please can you wait. A hello when you come into any kind of establishment is a real nice thing to do, not to be ignored for a minute and a half.

The staff are very polite and friendly. I am a nervous patient so my dentist put me at ease straight away. Actually looking forward to my next appointment ????????

Thanks to the Aldershot Dental Practice for the excellent service they provide. They saw me at short notice for an emergency appt. They were so kind and accommodating and sorted me out so efficiently. Thanks very much to the reception staff, dental nurse and Dentist.

I have been a patient here for about 20 years and slowly the practice has deteriorated. It is dirty, scruffy and the receptionists are not that helpful anymore. I have emailed in my comments but of course have never had a reply. My dentist Helene is lovely but the owners don't seem to care that the premises are scruffy and dirty but happy to take our money. I have now moved out of the area and joined another practice.
