Change their opening hours far to often without publishing them.

The hours are not suited for people who are working 9-5 and commute out of the town for work.

The benefit is when they are open the staff are lovely.

It would be nice to see them more often.. ..

An absolute disgrace. They don't stick to delivery windows sent by email and text, postmen don't knock or ring, just leave a red note (caught on camera doing so) and their opening hours are different on their own website (which Google maps reflects) compared to on the shop window, they are open 2 HOURS A DAY. It's a joke. It's disgusting. It's unusable! I am never shipping items with royal mail again, I will now always find a courier who will do it far better! Simply unacceptable service.

Opening hours are beyond a Joke. This country still has a large working force and people NOT being able to pick up parcels at the ridiculous hours this place opens ! ON ENDLESS occasions, I've asked for parcels to be left in a safe place and or with a neighbour . Always the same answer, with a polite smile, "I'll pass that on to your postman"
Witnessed from a neighbours window, today, tried the door with my delivery. Then went back to Van PASSING 3 OTHER IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURS !!!!! No attempt what so ever to delivery to a neighbor and sorting office closed all day !!!! WHATS THE PROBLEM??? Disgusting attitude all round. If you don't want to do the job with pride,,, then quit and let someone else do it !!!!!! ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Opening hours are a joke. Lovely friendly staff, and very helpful, but we dread receiving a note to say we need to go and collect a parcel, as their opening hours are utterly useless for the average working person. 8-10am most days! Madness. Always been my biggest gripe, and after a few years, it gets very frustrating. Other than that, as mentioned, helpful staff.

Michael today has gone above and beyond to help find a missing parcel, I would like to stress that it wasn’t the fault of Brackley sorting office, he made several phone calls to locate the item for me. Amazing, friendly service.

Enquiry office very helpful when I've visited but do need to open at reasonable hours but can understand it with fear of the pandemic at the moment.
