So appreciative of the help I received today. Been trying to get my prescription for a few days and have run out of medication. According to Lloyd's there is a national shortage, they were extremely unhelpful and had extraordinarily bad attitudes. I couldn't rate this pharmacy enough. Thank you so much.

Partner had trouble trying to obtain his prescription from Lloyd's. They had shut early. He called into the Old Pharmacy. They couldn't have been more helpful. Stayed open to assist him. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Will both use this Pharmacy in the future.

Desperately needed prescription today Lloyds was my nominated pharmacy but unhelpful and uninterested, asked for my prescription and went to the old pharmacy, could not have been kinder and friendly which is what you really need when your are poorly.have changed to have my prescription sent there in future

This is an incredibly busy pharmacy, yet the week in the run up to Christmas they did a diabetes check for me. Gave me lots of reassuring advice. And was not judgemental about my weight. Many thanks
