Service was good and staff members were friendly, however the actual chicken was almost inedible. Tried two pieces of chicken with the Original flavour as well as the Korean garlic. The first piece of chicken tasted bland and the meat was very dark coloured, almost black. The second piece was better cooked but the flavour far too strong and not enjoyable. I wouldn't visit again

A Korean fried chicken outlet with a simple menu focused around fried chicken that can be ordered "original" or tossed in one of a few different flavours. There are a few other Korean meals like rice or noodle bowls available but the item to try is the fried chicken with complementing sides.

The food on offer that I tried overall is very tasty, from the sauce-coated fried chicken, to the (mildly) spicy fries and (very well seasoned) garlic fried rice - plenty of flavours bursting onto the tastebuds. However, a minor point was that the chicken I received was a tad overcooked and as a result not as tender as it could have been. Also, if you do order the sauce options coating the chicken, don't expect the chicken to be crispy but it's well worth it for the flavour.

Tracking the delivery of my order, the food seemed to take about 30 minutes to prepare, and with delivery time took the estimated time expected.

It's a good option for a tasty Korean fried chicken meal.

Friendly stuff is nice. We ordered bibimpa as well as chicken jumbo combo. Korean way chicken is first time for me. I like it. We recommended you asian spicy and garlick Korean flavor. Because, original chicken does not have taste so much. Kimuchi is perfect. This is real Korean kimuchi. Only one thing that we did not happy is we were waited 30minutes even no other customers. It is too long for fast food.

Very disappointed at the branch here at Nakheel Mall The Palm. Ordered at 9PM and the staff said "sorry we are closed, we have nothing left in the kitchen."

Then why not just place a sign that you are sold out... or closed... or just close the lights of the display menu already so people do not fall in line only to be disappointed.

I cannot describe the awful experience with this fast food.. I 've waited more than 40 minutes for a single portion of combo chicken even though there wasn' t so much people in front of me.

Really satisfies the cravings for fries and chicken wings. I personally enjoyed the Korean Soy Garlic flavour. Also loved how spicy the fries are.

I really love eating Korean fried chicken. Bon Chicken is so delicious that I could not resist eating more. The chicken flavour match with kimchi is mouth-watering. I also enjoyed the Korean soy garlic sauce and Asian spicy sauce. Next time, I'd like to try the Korean classics like japchae and bibimbap.
