The worst developper ever. Lying, cheating and squizzing their customers. Dealing with them since 2004, haven't seen anything as this. avoid avoid avoid. If you need to keep your money, peace of mind and health, just go away.

Probably the worst developer in Dubai. I bought a property from them and not only they gave me bad management for the property. They also lied many times on issuing me the title deed. It's been 7 months and still I didn't receive it. I had to go to Dubai Land Dept to file a complain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Below standards property developers with false promises and unprofessional care about its customers. After 10 years delays, the final finished apartments that we received were with poor quality product some of which have deteriorated even before we have received the apartments. Really big waste for my family investment.

False promises, endless delays, and a wasted investment on my part. Dubai Gate 1 has been delayed for nearly 2 years, and all we get as an excuse is "DEWA inspection."

Very nice pub if your on the Broads, spacious mooring and very good rates for overnight stay. Dinner was tasty and moorish, and also breakfast the big fried breakfast was amply to set you up for the day, highly recommend a try…

Had a lovely lunch by the river. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Hot and big portions. Lovely restaurant inside. On site shop Selling cakes & chocolates & various bakery items. Would definitely return soon.

What a great little pub called in for lunch I had the chilli it was nice but it could have been a bit spicier, my husband had the black and blue burger and said it was beautiful. Lovely setting right on the river, The weather was a bit wild and windy but could imagine sitting outside there in the summer with a nice cold beer watching the boats.

Went for Sunday lunch. Ordered off the kids menu for our toddler and the fish fingers tasted like fish cakes and were not a very pleasant texture. With a mountain of chips and barely a tablespoon of peas. Sunday lunch was bland with overcooked vegetables. Husband said beer tasted flat. Servers werent exactly full of the joys either. Only saving grace was the lovely riverside setting. Shame as the place has such potential

Beautiful place to stop and moor up, lovely scenery and some great local walks.
It was £8 to moor up over night unfortunately like other places you don't get that back if you eat at the pub which was a but disappointing.
However the food was nice.
There is also a litte shop around the back which sells lovely looking cakes and chocolates!
