Came in to the store 6days before Xmas and bought my youngest son for his Xmas present (a lightsaber) that he wanted so much from his Xmas list. And yesterday we managed to buy a screwdriver to open the battery older…..But when we discovered that the lightsaber is a secondhand toy that been completely used and then it was till old batteries there that all rusty all up end everything and the battery holder was old and unfixable and had missing parts. My heart sank when seeing my son’s sad face.. This is unacceptable and disgusting to sell broken, damaged and used toy and then charge for the ????full price ????.

Staff is very weird,uptight and in considerate. Whenever ask for a favor they mention about a lady manager whose absolutely horrible and inhuman. All of them have the same views. Including the head supervisor at store. We as executive tower residence have absolutely stopped entering the store cause of a set of very moody staff but for some reason they blame the lady manager (no personal grudges)

The worst place to visit one of the staff started shouting at me just because I wanted to pay in cash. Even when the sticker on the product had a price he charge me more then the amount written. I would never recommend visiting and for sure this will be the last time even though I was their regular customer.

Very poor experience during my Dubai visit, the owner is very rude with customers and his own staff. I wish i had an option for zero star rating

On Thursday i visit book corner bay avenue branch i am looking for Nerf gun for long time that i found and also they have big varieties for party items price are reasonable u can visit also book corner i m sure what u r looking for toys or some others items u will get.

I have visited the store, the staff were helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for. book corner have huge collection of toys and books.

When I visit in book corner. I was surprised I saw they have got variety collections of art materials and party items at reasonable prices. The staffs was very friendly and helpful
