As a coffee lover, I explore the coffee shop as soon as I settle at the community. Since I started to work at the JLT, I found Boon my favourite cafe around the area with its excellent coffee bean and taste. Compared to the foam coffee I prefer filter black coffee and manual brew coffee with its clear and rich flavor, and Boon offers me with different kinds of coffee bean since their business also cover bean roastery. Besides, Boon has the best Americano in the area (in my opinion) with a balanced taste and unique aroma, despite of its small size, which is specialty coffee should be like. The baristas, Alliance and Rex, are awesome and would treat you as their old friends, and I would often visit the shop for a nice and spirit-lifting small chat. My personal choice is Americano, French press and oat milk latte.

Nice stylish shop tucked away facing the lake. The gentleman at the counter does not believe in providing any directions to the shop, so thats a bit of a turn off. Coffee itself is ok, nothing extraordinary. Thats a shame, because clearly a bit of effort has gone into the style and decor. This can easily be a much better experience with more skilled and less sullen staff.

Really mediocre coffee bought the Ethiopia origin coffee had high hopes for it but no depth of taste or real strength very expensive but for good coffee was willing to pay extra but it was bland and insipid. If I was in dubai still I would ask for a refund or an alternative blend. The person at the desk didn't really know much about the blends so that was disappointing.

I love their coffee, but today I received my online ordered coffee beans and the decaf were not having a producing and expiration date label, which makes me think that the decaf beans were expired and the label was removed by the employee.

In between I received a replacement of fresh roasted coffee.

Well this evening wasn’t about coffee but SAM ( mall of emirates) made it one. Me and my friend enjoyed the avogato and then had to buy the coffee beans to home.

In love with this coffee! The best cappuccino ever!
Once you try this coffee you can’t drink other. Premium blend my favorite ❤️☕️

Good ambiance and coffee. Came across this place while looking for a specialty coffee shop in my AUH-DXB commute and glad I found it.

Boon has a reputation as one of the better coffee shops in Dubai. Come to this place and you’ll see why.

Had a flat white with the Brazilian (Organic) beans - enjoyed it.

Recommended.

Very good coffee here, tried Full and Wild single macchiato, it’s located here inside 1 Lake Plaza JLT, it’s not an easy to get here, unless you are coming specifically for this specialty coffee house.
