My experience of Boots in the UK has always been positive. Today I visited Boots in Dubai Hills Mall. I was with my children. I wanted sun cream for a family holiday.
The ‘saleswoman’ (she was no pharmacist!!) immediately recommended the most inappropriate and over-priced nonsense - totally unsuitable for children (or any rational human with any sense of reality)
Hint: children don’t need anti-aging. No-one does. Snake-oil.
Asked her to leave us alone.
I don’t expect pushy Ill-informed hard sell in Boots! That’s Life Pharmacy’s territory!
Disappointed.

I have to express my disappointment with Boots. We showed up with a wound that needed a quick dressing and yet they wanted to sell us the entire dressing box instead of a piece. How logical is that. You are probably the only pharmacy in UAE that follows this way of inhumane thinking.
