It used to be my go-to store for all kinds of gifts/books/merch/etc for years now. Yet I’ve had bad encounters with the employees at the counter every.single.time. Long faces, ignoring of my greetings or feedback, loud sounds of discontent if God forbid I want to exchange something, eye rolling, telling me what to do better next time in order to save them the trouble, and more.
I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems to get worse every visit. And I’m talking all check out counter staff, the girls and the boy.
I’m done with borders ????????????

Such a terrible layout and merchandising, it lost the original design and touch, now it looks just like a Walmart store. This is almost like it can wait to become completely distinct.
