The employees there are very friendly and helpful . The location is good . The prices are not related to the name of “ outlet village “ because it still expensive ( I bought a suit for 2600 AED). They don’t have a tailor !!!

A very bad outlet mall if you buy they are not following the refund and exchange policy although its in the time requored the store manager is so bad one i dont recomend buying totally from this shop. The shop refuses refund forces you for exchange and when the exchange is less price they dont refund the remaining money and keep it for the shop i think consumer right center should follow up more closely on this kind of shop that is using there name in abusing cutomers

Great customer service Ms. Meriam Assisted very well I got my Perfect fitted suit with her best recommendation she is very professional and kind sales lady. I love Hugoboss the quality is the best and amazing.

Extremely disappointing . The variety of apparel is not good and the prizes are nowhere near out of prices. Europe offers for more variety and very reasonable prices in comparison

Rude manager Elios running the store with only 2 people and 20+ customers struggling for service. The last time I ever enter this store which does not even come close to representing the boss brand

The staff who were now Mr. Hassan and Geraldine are very rude lack alot of customer service would let you feel as if your begging I am happy if the company really care about there reputation contact me to give them a clear view about the incident will never recommend this shop to any one horrible experience
