Sunday morning at Bota. Chilling with iced coffee, croissant & banana bread. Perfect way to unwind before a long week ahead ☀️
Love the quiet & elegant ambiance. Staff are friendly. Always love coffee & bread combi ????????

One of the worst coffee shops in Dubai. Service is atrocious. The waiter was just walking around casually. Upon being asked ‘where is the order’, a fall back question came up ‘Did you order something?’. I am not sure if guests here sit and follow up on orders they never placed.

Subsequently, the waiter goes in the kitchen, and then is back again. Avoids me. I wait, then ask him to come and give a feed back.
Upon being confronted, blames the electricity, due to which the order was never placed with the kitchen. I asked him what was keeping him from updating me. Some lame excuses, makes a face and walks away.

Difficult to find poorer service anywhere in Dubai. If I didn’t live close by, or was not an investor in JGE projects, I would never go to BoTa. Anish was the name of the waiter.

Disposable! Chicken katsu sandwich, 70aed! Was actually processed chicken burger, never seen such poor quality. Chef didn’t seem to understand the problem. Wouldn’t trust their kitchen

Great spot to have a coffee and breakfast, delicious food , friendly and helpful team Ram was our waiter and well take care of us

Food was really bad and not fresh like it's been sitting in the fridge for weeks.. totally disappointed.

Terrible service, expensive and average menu and average food quality. For the location and expectation of such a place, it should be much much better
