I ordered meat biryani, the meat was tough, and the taste did not like it compared to other restaurants, and then someone from the restaurant contacted me and offered to replace the order, but he stipulated that I make a new order so that he would compensate me, a way that indicates a low level of customer service

Their food is so so good reminds me of my home food.
Their pahadi Daal, bhuna ghost, mutton keema are my favourite.
At night their may deliver late but in daytime they’re always on time.

Amazing food and customer service. I received the food with special thank you note along with amazing fruit salad as complementary during midnight. The specifications were followed nicely. Thank you boxeats for your amazing service.

I ordered an Egg Masala Biryani and Peas & Mushroom curry. Unfortunately, I have to stay this, both the dishes were tasteless. I regular order deliveries but I have never experienced such terrible food.
