There are very helpful to the clients and answer all your questions. Its accessible from the transportation burjuman metro station bus # C10 to satwa. ( third stop )

what a welcoming ! I have received my card yesterday and register same day, after it got automatically log out I cannot log in anymore. worst of all it's not even deserving for a star. I called bpi satwa and ask for assistance gave me a lot of number which is charging me for international call and giving me an email which doesn't work I waited 3 weeks for this and this is how it went. that's how great my first day was as a user. :) good job! if this work tomorrow i will delete this post if doesn't will keep it here and will close the bank as well!

Looks like the management of this branch doesn't care at all even if they receive thousands of bad reviews regarding their bad service.
Please wake up... Do your job. You're not in your country anymore. Dont be lazy.

They are not willing to help you out with your concern. They will just give you option and that's it. as if they want to say, up to you sir. i cannot feel their sincerity and willingness to help. you are on the point that you needed their help coz they know more than me about that issue but the staff is absolutely not on the will to help as if she wanted to end the call coz she is in a hurry. what's the sense of working on a customer service industry id your are not willing to help. this is extremely disappointing experience that should not happen to others. management must put staff on proper training on how to do customer staff and not just chatting in the office and attending other stuff rather than helping out customer who badly need their help. do something on this. skills can be learn but attitude cannot. this is a totally disgusting service.

i just want to clarify i always call this branch and i found the guy teller was very helpful and answer all my inquiry, but i feel very disappointed with the girl teller I'm asking information about dollar account and she repeatedly answering me that dollar account only to be use for viewing your account balance without any further explanation?????? do you think people will open account only for viewing she never answer any of my inquiry , sorry to say this.she can tell me to call next time because she don't know about it?

today 06.09.2022 4:15 pm i called BPI Satwa inquiring something about the credit card gold card but the reprenstative who attend my call she dont know anything

she hang the phone , and when i call again the phone always buys i call 10 times ..,.

seriously your phone is busy the whole day????. been trying to reach your number from 9AM till now, all i got was the busy beeping sound..so frustrating!.don't want to give even 1 star but no other option:-(
