The food quality was awful, I have been going since the shop opening and go weekly and within the last few weeks it’s hasn’t been up to the normal standard. I am really disgusted when opening both of my waffle and cornflake boxes to find eye lash hairs along with beard hairs. I hope this chances as it is a good shop. Many thanks.

Awful. Milkshakes are tasteless. They just taste like milk, and are the consistency of milk. Ordered 3 different flavours today for 3 of us. One each and they all tasted the same. Also ordered waffle sticks which were amazing and tasted lovely. The other thing I ordered was a cheesecake. Which was like a mousse cake. Mousse on top of a biscuit base. Was also not the flavour I ordered. So overall the food and drinks were dreadful. Delivery time was spot on but the driver obviously doesn't know what a doorbell is and knocked on my living room window. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered waffle stix for my children. This was my first and will be my last order from this shop. The food arrived cold but that aside, one of the waffles had no less than 2 long black hairs inside the batter when my daughter bit onto her desert. Absolutely gross. She was sick and couldn't eat her desert.
