I usually going every morning in this coffee shop and the service is always excellent. I always met with a smile and a good morning. Keep up the good work. It's not just a coffee but the way the staffs serve us with a smile. That helps lot.

This cafe is beautiful and the interior is luxurious. I mean, there's a luxury in every details.. from their walls to their foods. I love their concept of putting brands into their designs and even to their foods.

We stayed there for 3 hours for us to be able to get a nice pic. ???? Because when we went there, they are fully occupied and we are asked to sit in their corner table. Plus it's also weekend so it's really kinda busy. But it was worth the wait.

We had:

- Cappucino
- Latte
- Kunafa Ice Cream.

Maybe they just need to change a little bit of their staff's attitude. We asked the waitress if we can move to the bigger couch since it's vacant. But she refused, instead she let those new customers who just came in to sit. We asked twice and she declined twice. But on the 3rd time, she finally let us move. I just hope they are trained not to choose customers regardless of nationality.

Overall, it's still a nice place.

I have oder a cake from you from your branch. Nation cake and I have received very very bad service.. It's really disappointing me and the owner asked me to call 3 of her staff to check where is my order reach which is not my job to do!!! And the owner told me and explained "maybe there is accident maybe traffic maybe the car is broken"!!!!
Not only that the massage written wrong and they copied the wrong massage and the cake quality is soo bad

Located in Umm Suqeim jumeirah , like the decoration, the coffee was normal and the french toast was good

The place is nice .. however it is small to accommodate the number of visitors especially during the Covid.
The seats are too close.
Reservations is must especially if you have event to celebrate. The food is not bad but how it was presented was nice.
It is advised to find bigger place otherwise will be in trouble as no distance been taken care during seating.
Better you share your music or song to be played for the occasion as there songs are not to elthe expectations.
The cake is not bad.
You have to park at the backside but be careful while leaving.

the worst coffee shop ever i went to, I am shocked how this coffees e shop is located in Jumairah/Dubai.. me and my friends had a very bad experience, the customer service is very baaaad and they don’t have any priority for the customers concerns, they are not even listening to the customer comments they only care about paying your bill and that’s it .. I am not even sorry to say this because I feel that I lost my money... even the lowest class coffee shops they show care toward their customers.. wa wanted to give a comment we requested to speak to someone is charge, the staff said it’s not allowed to give any number and our boss is busy now !!!! how sad is this because its a local business and she is refusing to speak to us .... how she doesn’t care what happened in her coffee shop how she is doesn’t even care to know what was our concern ... We tried to contact them over Instagram account, they ignore the message.
