I used to think highly of Braun brand being advertised as Made in Germany and being the latest technology, until I bought your series 9 shaver and found out your big trap! The machine breaks down every 8 months with a fixing charge of 300 Dhs each time; what astonish me is that they keep changing the battery every time even though it's a lithium battery that has life span of 20 years it's like buying the thing full price in cash to find out later that you have a yearly instalment of 50% of the item price recurring! I ended up throwing it to the garbage and going with different brand.

I recently purchased a Braun MKG5820 Trimmer from a with the expectation that their warranty would provide me with peace of mind and support in case of any issues. However, my experience with the company's warranty support has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Trimmer's battery is not charging after first charge and they didn't replace or repair it. I advise potential customers to consider these shortcomings seriously before purchasing any products from BRAUN.

I purchased a Braun Thermoscan 7 under a discounted price (33%) from Life Pharmacy Al Nahda 1 Dubai and when I checked the temperature for my 7 yr old kid it showed 39.9 and somewhere between 39.5 to 40 constantly. We got panic and rushed the child to the hospital. Upon checking at the hospital it was then noticed the hospital calibrated thermometer showed 37.3. We captured a video of this and sent it to Life pharmacy representative.

The readings are misleading and can put the child's health at risk. Braun customer service is the worst they were not willing to even speak to us nor take any action for this. They were willing to even go for a consumer complaint rather than solve the issue. Is it because of the brand they don't care about consumers??
Based on life pharmacy suggestion we replaced the thermometer today and yet another suprise even this Thermoscan is giving incorrect readings.
My temperature with Omron and Heurer is 37.1 whereas in Braun it shows 38.3

For me it seems like the entire batch are defective pieces and that's why they are selling this at a discounted price!!

I requested a battery replacement for my trimmer Braun 5516 and they give me a cost of AED50-55, where the new trimmer will only cost me AED89 in amazon. very weird pricing and I think you must avoid this fake over costing on spare parts. highly unsatisfied and not recommending service for this product.

Kindly update the Ramadan timings. I came all the way spending too much time in the traffic and when i reached the showroom, it was closed at 3:30 pm. During Ramadan the showroom is open from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm only. But this was not updated in the map.
