Service was great , but no menu , nothing on the table to scan menu , it’s not there , I asked and was told that they don’t have one ,it took time to have some attention to get someone to come to the table , at least to ask me for what I would like to order , 4 staff members at the time and only 3 customers , this was early 7 :25 am .
They only serve avocado on toast , one breakfast item , yes , the rest is only pastry’s .
Good luck if you are expecting morel, coffee and drinks is fine , staff attitude is good .

Its a new branch , mashallah its very crowded. They have a good service & friendly staff .

The orders is from the counter u should order first from their then they serve it to your table .

My favourite coffee: The Dirty white with less vanilla serums.

The eclair is the best !! ????

They have lot of desserts options , u should try the peanut truffles also nice????????

Must visit .

I had high expectations for the coffee as I went at night and it was crowded with lines to order and lines to receive there orders and no seats available, WOW this must be the best coffee in dubai, will its not.
I went back the next day in the morning for breakfast, and for my surprised, no seat available. I ordered a takeaway and waited "standing" 25 minutes. Only one barista. No menu for food. They have very limited options for desserts and pastries.
Above all of that, nothing special in the coffee. It was good but not special and not worth waiting 25 minutes

Wonderful and friendly cafe, suitable for meetings, discussions and even working alone. One of the best coffee’s I have tried in the UAE if not the best. Special thanks to the best barista John & Abdulla for the hard work. I love the variety of dessert options they have. Atmosphere and design is very superb and cozy feel.

Too busy and crowded , you can’t hear your friend voice from people buzz ! All over the coffee and desert were good.

I recently visited [brew-Mirdif] which I regularly do .on [23 July 2023], and I must say that my experience was far from pleasant. The rude and unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff & the manager and the complete lack of interest from the manager in addressing my concerns were deeply disappointing.
An issue happened and it required the presence of the manager, instead the manager refused to come and sent the staff. I asked the staff to ask him to come but he stood far away and refused which seemed very disinterested resolving the matter which made the manager very irresponsible. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

I don't recommend this place, it is not organize at all.
For the drinks we tried the matcha latte, iced latte and Jumirah latte I was not satisfied at all and my friends didn't like their orders too,
we ordered sea salt chocolate cookies and it was sooo dry and pricey.

Terrible Service!
No attention to customers
No menu provided
Waiting 7-10 minutes with no waiter to show up or at least tell you where to order, no one can guess your service style if you dont tell them pre-hand.
No idea about the coffee or food but the service is a 0/10
