The Avocado toast included sour dough bread topped with avacado mix, tomato marmalade, pickled red onion, redish, feta cheese abd scrambled egg and this is served with house salad. Full American breakfast included scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomato and kidney beans. Both were absolutely fresh and delicious
The quality & quantity is great compared to the price they've kept and the icing on the cake was their outstanding presentations. We were tempted to takeaway Grill Fish Fillet, very nicely packed with Fish fillet on the bed of butter tarragon sauce, steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. All the dishes are highly recommended
The healthy juices we tried was the pomegranate, Fruit Punch Avacado and Orange. All the drinks were smash hit, EXCELLENT can be the perfect word.
A big shout out to Melanie, Ranier and Claudine, their service was definitely quick and prompt. The food quality is top notch and the quantity suffices two people easily. Highly recommended Brisk for some very fresh and healthy food. Do visit !!

Looking for some healthy options then head straight to brisk located in Dubai Media city. This place is huge with ample seating area. Simply in love with the American breakfast they are serving huge portion size consists of eggs, crispy bacons, sautéed mushrooms, beans and grilled cherry tomatoes. Ordered Angus beef burger it was just perfectly made served with healthy salad. Tried their Avacado toast which was good in taste but i felt the bread was very chewy may be due to weather. Grilled fish fillet with basmati rice was also a treat in this weather. Ended my meal with a strong cup of cappuccino no doubt a perfect one. Guys do try this place they have an amazing healthy options with perfect taste. A must try place.

Build-my-salad- two options , 3 toppings for 37 and 5 toppings for 44 aed respectively. This was the most interesting part of our lunch. There were a whopping number of ingredients to choose from, romaine lettuce being our first choice, added with green beans, carrots, cheese, a colorful concoction of healthy greens with grilled chicken for the protein fix. The greens were crunchy, and chicken was tender. Recommended for a quick healthy lunch during the afternoon office rush. The portions are large enough to keep you filled for the day.
Eggplant Lasagna: yup, eggplant is the main ingredient, and the taste was interesting, along with feta cheese and tomato sauce. We loved the combination.
Moroccan Chicken: this is as healthy as it gets for a chicken dish, with stewed chickpeas in a home made Moroccan sauce, and was delicious to say the least. Ordered with mashed potatoes as side, the portion size was enough for a single person.
Brisk Angus Burger- Not usually associated with healthy options, this Burger was a bit different, the beef Patty was not oily, tasted great along with the greens and wheat grain bun.
Beef teriyaki- marinated beef served in tortilla bread, this was okay, and unexpectedly filling.
The interiors are quite modern and geared more towards the work while lunch crowd. There's a conference area with a large table for a meeting over lunch, and quite corners for work without distraction while grabbing a bite.

IN AN UPLIFTING AND JOYFUL ATMOSPHERE BEAUTIFULLY SET INTERIORS,AND A HEALTHY MENU TO INDULGE INTO.
THE HUGE PORTIONS ARE VIBRANTLY FLAVOURFUL AND
BURSTING WITH HEALTHY INGREDIENTS.
EATING HERE COMES WITH A SIZEABLE FEEL-GOOD FACTOR.
SO I HAVE FOUND AN IDEAL EATERY SERVING SOME OF MY FAVOURITE DISHES MINUS THE GUILT.

For Drinks Fresh Lemonade and Pomegranate.
Chinese Salad - its like the Ceasar Salad but with a tangy and unique sauce and fried rice vermicelli.
Chicken Coronation Sandwich - Its a chicken curry filling. Must Try
Chicken Alfredo Pasta - Highly Recommended.
This pasta was loaded with mushroom, chicken and cheese.
Grilled Fish With Mash- Highly Recommended.
Avocado Toast - Perfect breakfast healthy meal with Poached Eggs. Kids also loved the jelly.
They also have build your own salad with a universe of toppings, premiums. Sides to choose from.
I could talk food here at Brisk all day.
The place is huge and the ambience is serene.

Outstanding taste. excellent selection of toppings and dressings.

Full of chat easy to speak to and other customers really friendly.
Great place to visit once you have done your shopping at nearby businesses.
Plenty of nearby parking across the road easy access out of carpark for wheelchairs etc.
