One of the best dessert bars in Dubai and probably the only one. I have had literally every item on their menu and from Seasons experience. Always consistent in creating impactful experience.
From my recent experience I had Verøna and Layali. Both the flavours were great. Liked Verøna more.

My go to dishes from their menu: Napolean, Ananas, Karak Ice Cream, The 1000+. Seasons experience is a must try.

If you don't stop here on your way out of 3 Fils you are missing out. This is a complete foodie experience!! If you like fine dining experiences buy you don't want to pay a huge amount of money- come here!

I was blown away by Brix. Their staff are warm and friendly, the ambience is phenomenal, and the desserts.... what an experience!! Every dish has a story and perfectly coupled flavours, I don't want to give too much information. Just make the trip, you won't regret it. This is an especially good choice if you are taking someone out to celebrate something.

If you are a foodie, and you haven't gone here yet, you are missing out!!!

Oh wow, such an outstanding experience to say the least. We tried the Seasons Journey and it was immersive and impressive by all means. With every dessert course, a story was told by the chef along with elements like sound, light and aromas which were brought together to make every course a living story. Highly recommended

I was fortunate experience The Escape Journey at Brix this week to celebrate my birthday. It was amazing! From being greeted by name when entering to the attention to every detail during the entire experience, simply wow. It wasn’t what I expected, but somehow exceeded them at the same time. Every bite was complex and layered with flavor. I don’t even know which course was my favorite! I plan on going back to try the Four Seasons Journey and can’t wait for more experiences such as this one!

If you love chocolate or desserts keep reading. Chef Carmen and her team have put together a truly unique concept here in Dubai. It's a dessert only restaurant.

What I love here is the intimate setting and atmosphere. It's walk-ins only and very relaxed. Plus, I have not come across a restaurant with a course that's solely dedicated to chocolate.

You get a crunchy parcel of hot chocolate ganache, an olive oil crisp bread with chocolate ganache and a main chocolate dessert with olive oil ice cream. It's divine!

The best part is that Chef Carmen made time for us to talk us through the course as well as her experience with chocolate. Once again, thank you so much for your time. We can't wait to return and see Brix grow.

This is an elevated dessert experience. If you have a sweet tooth like me then definitely stop by this place. They have 3 course desserts with their pairing drinks. This was definitely a unique treat to experience.

We came across Brix when we were going to 3 Fils. After our dinner at 3 Fils we saw that the dessert options at Brix looked fabulous and delicious so we decided to head there for dessert. The creativity to put together different flavours that go so well together, as well as accompanying it with a drink was amazing. The explanation behind each dessert option and the order of eating each dessert was also very well done. We were very satisfied. Definitely a place to try. We hope to be back soon!

Quite a unique place as it’s a dessert bar - not a common format at all. Brix provides dessert course menu which also sets them apart from other patisseries. I had “Nostalgia” set with nut and caramel flavours, and it was delicious. I loved how it was served and all the tastes and flavours combinations. My only recommendation would be to provide guests with a choice of a hot or cold drink as the mocktail included in the set was good but hot drinks are definitely preferable when it comes to desserts.
