One of the oldest and most famous seafood restaurants in UAE long time ago , the atmosphere in this place is amazing , , the food is Excellent too , pricey little bit compared to the same restaurants cuisine.

The food was ok, but the service was terrible.

Asking for things multiple times from multiple severs until someone decides to remember and bring it such as utensils, for example. The place was almost empty, so I don't understand why the services were below the bar, although there were multiple severs on that shift.

Also, several of the items that we ordered were not available and took them more than 15 minutes to come and let us know, and they hadn't started with what was available yet.

Yummy seafood, amazing atmosphere as you are like in a real ship.
Waiter with blue eyes Heydar and "Captain" took care of us and we were happy with their service and delicious muscles and shrimps ????

Staff are amazingly friendly and proactive.
A special thank you to the Arabic girl with Hijab, she’s extremely hard working with distinguished customer service skills and even though the restaurant was packed she gave me and my mom such a special service and attention .
Food was so fresh and the kunafa is TOP!

Once we entered the restaurant they start to explain all kind of fresh fish they have one by one, going through how we would like to make the food done/flavors for each each dish. The food taste is good , Service wise is acceptable and the place is clean and calm.

Food taste good, Prices are very high as we ordered 2 kg red fish, 2 soup, 2 french fries, 2 dynamite small dishes and 4 cola and we paid 670 AED.

service was too slow, staff need to be trained as they was talking to each other and lough in front of us.

However it was a good try.

I recently visited Bu tafish for open buffet, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant had a variety of fish dishes on display, and I was able to choose from a range of freshly cooked seafood.

The fish was cooked to perfection by chef Hamdy, I didn’t have chance to thank him enough, and flavors were outstanding. The buffet offered a great selection of sides to complement the fish, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood. The open buffet is a great way to sample a variety of different fish dishes, and the quality of the food and service is outstanding.

Very nice seafood restaurant. The ambiance is really nice. The service is top notch. The food was good but a bit pricy.
