I wish I can give zero stars. The lady working there is incredibly rude and has zero respect for customers. Not once, not twice, any time I try to come to place order she always snaps at me and literally screams “Im busy, wait” even though there’s no customers in the shop! Waiting time can be 10-15mins til she finally decides to come and get the order, people like this shouldn’t work in hospitality industry.

Two times i have bought mango sago dessert and asked the guy to put sufficient mango and other essentials but instead he put ice cubes alot i dont know they think we are gaaggo…
Trained your team there they are taking 16 aed each instead giving us ice only today at 5 pm i bought and specially ask that guy pls add sufficient material but still i got water only

Heard about this place and wanted to try their bubble tea. Was very disappointed in the boba used. It was so chewy and rubberish! It was not soft nor did it mix well with the drink.
Their sugar levels are confusing and they hand out no suggestions.

Not a fan of milktea but I gave it a try. Not that bad, but the sugar level is too high. They don’t have the options. Only the choices of flavors.

If you want Bubble Tea near Barsha, come BuBee is the best choice. The booth inside WestZone, you can get a decent Bubble Tea here at AED11????

it's shows in online that it will closed by 11pm but when i went there around 10:30 it's already closed . please put the accurate time of closing .

So far have tried their traditional, mango, vanilla and chocolate Oreo milk tea and fell in love with each one.. the bubbles are not too sticky
