As a new comer to Dubai i had the best experience there. There's enough staff ready to help u every corner so you won't get lost anywhere. They speak multilingual and very friendly. So I'll share some guide for new comers like me. The best way to travel there is using metro. Take a metro and go to 'sharaf DG' metro station and when u exit the station there's this mall 'Central mall' go inside through entrance 4 and take right and take elevator to M floor and That's it you reached the place. Then at the reception show ur passport and visa and take a Token. And then take a seat until your number get called in the screen and speaker. Visit the counter it assigned for your token when it's called and give token and passport and register your entry. Then you will be guided to blood sample section. There's another waiting area with chairs and again your token will be called on the speaker and screen. And accordingly visit that room assigned for you and give the passport to the person in charge and give your blood sample. Right next you will be told which room to go and it's just next halfway you have to go and wait again until you get called. When it's ur turn you need take a changing room and take off your top and jewelry. It's better to wear a half sleeve plain tshirt or shirt. If you are uncomfortable being shirtless you can wear a sleeveless arm cut or vest inside whatever you wearing so you can take off the first top and keep going inside the xray room with the vest. And that's it you can leave the place now. And take metro again. Your result will be sent to your applicant/company the next day. Ps. Someone please translate to the other language you know.

I've visited this center since it opened and always received consistent service.

This is a spacious and well organized clinic offering quick medical and typing services. The call center and clinic staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The medical staff have a light touch and the procedure is painless; virtually undetectable.

The services that I received form you end wae excellent and memorable and the entire staff are very much friendly and they make sure that I provided all my required informations in order them do thair services without any hiccups.

They explained everything to me in a very clear manner,
I would have no qualms in recommending them to family's and friends.

Worst experience for me they simply cheated by saying
Visa stamping AED 610, actual cost is AED 510 but why surprise charge of AED 100 for my two application AED 200 extra I got simply cheated at your Saraf DG central mall office by your employee Anas, Bettermind Businessmen LLC has iresponsible management.
