I did not like the packaging. They are fitting the belt of man in a very small pouch that doesn’t even fit for a kid’s belt. Even the bag seems used. I asked for a bigger/better one for a present they don’t have.

I was returning some items i wanna change the size they agreed to change but the staff was rude telling me that if change i cant return it again so i asked for a refund the staff then say we cant refund there is a smell of cigarettes in the sweater! Funny

When we talk about top big fashion brands it’s all about the customer experience, that has nothing to do with this store at all. The team was not helpful, unwilling to accommodate, ignorance attitude and the store manager was even worse when needed. I dropped my recently bought item and left for them to enjoy it. Definitely not spending a single dollar again in this brand.

If ever there is a possibility to give negative rating this store definitely needs to be on top of it!!!
The worst and the most rude behavior ever faced from the so called store ambassadors !!!!
Not welcoming with many grumpy faces that too first thing in the morning..
Walk 10 steps and you could really see a luxury brand treating its customers..maybe take a leaf out of their book?
