Unfortunately I was shocked about poor customer service especially from Binod who seems wrong person in wrong place , while giving as a guest my honest feedback about my order they took it personal for no reason , I had one bite only and I asked for replacement , the order received a bit cold not fresh.
I end up with no option just to have another paid order and my fist money I paid gone just like that!!!!!!
The rest of the team all are amazing and professional except who suppose to lead by example Binod ,who is not even smiling with angry face and character

Had the chance to visit this branch and find out it is not Burger King regular standard the stuff need really to wear gloves only one person the rest are not following the hygiene procedures. Also the seats and tables are not clean properly check photos

Amazing that this restaurant is open until 4am. The service is not so great, I was the only one in the restaurant and when my food was ready they asked me to pick it up from the counter. Why is the food not delivered to my table when the restaurant is empty? Just non-sense service.

This branch got the worst service ever seen in Burger King in my entire life. They have shortage of staff and it takes them forever to deliver the meal. They prioritize talabat orders over customers in the branch.

It is not up to the standards of burger king. It looks like a fake burger king, hygiene 0, tables not clean and working inside the kitchen without gloves. The food was very bad. Very disappointing! And it looks like you don't really care. All people are talking and yet the same result.

DO NOT EAT HERE.

Ordered 2 kids nuggets and fries + 2 whoppers, took 45 mins. Poor order taking, understaffed and untrained. Walked out in the end and went to Pizza Hut, couldn’t even be bothered requesting a refund.

Pros:
1. Fantastic location for motor city, sports city and the surrounding residents.
2. Tons of free parking.
3. Open until 4 am.

Cons:
1. Poorly trained staff ( only 3 staff) and they don’t seem to be trained to take orders well. The staff at the register takes orders really slowly, always seems confused and once even was going to charge me twice for one order.

2. Unhygienic: tables are not kept clean and empty food trays lying around.

3. Small space compared to other burger kings.

Always missing items and wrong items with the orders delivery, this branch does not give attention to customers notes and requests
Very disappointing !
