I've ordered mushroom and swiss meal. And there was literally no mushrooms. When i asked the manager if they did mistake with a mushroom, they ignored my request

I ordered, Kitkat fusion and the quantity was very less.
ALSO they refused add chocolate sause, even though I was ready to pay them extra.
Worst customer service.

Had a nice fresh meal, liked the fries and the burger as well. It has a calm atmosphere despite being on a very busy area. It was quite clean and staff was friendly.

if you are passing by the restaurant you will not notice how big it is from inside...
you will find sofas, bar stool chairs and four chair table set...
Usually it's very crowded during the lunch and dinner time, but don't worry because the restaurant is very huge
Oh yea, The food is really delicious in this branch

I have been here twice, the staff is good. It is also located near metro station. If you’re taking an evening walk, you can always crunch here. The only thing which might some of you may not like is that they only have a one item in veg. In that case you don’t have any choice here. If you’re a vegetarian, this place isn’t for you.

Horrible Service, Rude Waiter , Specifically asked for plain burger and no mayo as im allergic and they still gave the mayo. And to make it worse i had double checked with the ignorant girl and was confirmed to see this and it has become really pathetic and ive wasted 28aed for nothing

Very bad experience today ... I ordered at 20:39 , and I shared my location with driver at 21:05 and at 21:35 my order was not yet delivered and at 21:55 the driver called me for the 2nd time an said that he can't find my location BTW its not the first time I ordered from the same location and when I called to cancel my order the lady didn't even care and said that its okay I will inform them to cancel FYI burger King is 10 min far only , I was on duty and couldn't move....... so BAD ????

I bumped my car and had 3 people tell me to scrap it because it couldn’t be fixed. I went to Grease monkeys to get another opinion and I could not recommend this garage more. Tony was the mechanic I spoke with - absolute legend. Fixed my car in less than a week, super happy with the service

Visited the garage with a problem on my vivaro. He pulled the van in straight away and fixed it within 15 mins, only cost me 30 quid. Nice guy and a garage you can trust. Will use again

Sean has been servicing and maintaining my cars since 1995, a very competent and conscientious mechanic. Only charges you for what he has done, unlike other garages I have used in the past where their list of work borders on fiction. Now my son is also using him on his 1st car, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
