Price : average fast food price ( expensive comparatively)

Pros ; drive through service is very fast, it’s a spacious fast food joint, it’s clean and hygienic.

Con: dine in is slower , the customer service is not what it used to be ..you can feel the staff are over worked or under qualified..

Personal note :well burgers king had standard and quality customer service with smile…this seems like a thing of the past..now it feels like a team just trying to push through the day..
Burgers are still as great as it used to be

if i could give negative stars I would, i have had the misfortune of ordering from this branch when the silicon oasis one is closed and have faced problems time and time again, 3 hour (yes, 3 hour) delivery times, terrible food quality and sometimes not even receiving my order at all though they say it has been delivered, either through blatant lying or through incompetent delivery drivers who cant follow simple directions. Whatever you do avoid ordering from this branch.

The staff are the best! The cashier is so cute he is really kind and welcoming I can’t believe it.

They offered the new burger, i ordered and when i told them i didnt like it they change it with no question. Very good service. Asif and priya were professional.

Well, so many times i ordered extra side items i was charged but the items not delivered, it was extremely bad, i like bk a lot but this kind of service is unforgivable aside from late they always always have missed out items, take note, i put in the order note coz i already know its always neglected and there you go, they forget to put again as expected bravo! Its like a scam u charge and u dont give what I’ve paid for, its not fair to your consumers, very very bad!

Took them two hours 40 min to deliver cold food. Moreover, when i called they said it is on the way and i got it an hour and 30min after. No compensation was offered only apologies and blaming the wheather
