What a fantastic building both day and night - the building has rays of sunlight shining off from all differing angles from whichever viewpoint you get to see it and at night the lighting is just amazing what they perform on this. The views are great from the highest viewpoints in the world. Queues inside didn’t seem organized as there are differing queues for the main viewpoint and then the higher floors which are not clear.

Took the guided tour and saw the place. Did not stay. However the Golden Coffee was fun to do and there are great views from the top. You got to see the Royal Suites and all the fancy decorations. It is really over the top. Fun day, relaxing, and air conditioned. There are a couple of gift shops to get some nice items at. There is a discount coupon for the tour in the ADNOC App. Be sure to use that - I didn’t see it until after the tour. No worries it was worth it even without any discounts.

Magic stay at the Burj Al Arab. The place is amazing, the view from the suite, the design of the hotel...
The beds in the suite are so comfortable, I never experience such quality bed sheets before. This reaches another quality level!
The service is also excellent, you feel at home with lot of nice attentions. We could not have expected more!
The swimming pool is wonderful with a nice view on the palm, very comfortable sun beds and nice ambiance.
The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel with lot of choices, quality ingredients and very good service.i recommended this place.

This location is fantastic! The interiors of several hotel areas are gold-plated, giving your experience a touch of elegance and luxury. The food and beverages were delicious, and you must try the gold duster Martini. Overall the experience is pleasant

We really like the entire hotel for many years, but my fav place is lobby, best coffee and deserts along with the life entertainment ???????? and spa with the gorgeous pool is an experience to remember! Jaw dropping

The hotel is excellent in every aspect!
But handling of complaints is below any expectation.
I booked a room for 3 days and got only 2.
Clearly their fault as the mail communication proofs. No goodwill at all. “We confirmed 2 days even though you asked for 3; tough luck for you that you didn’t check the confirmation better” ????

When I stayed in the club suite room it was a great experience, the room wasn’t too expensive and the views of the ocean were spectacular! Overall it made my experience in Dubai an amazing experience, I seriously couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. Well done!

The staff was very punctual and friendly they were very cooperative and responsive to queries. The bedroom was really comfortable and cozy. Loved the apartment entirely!
