Nice Location, with good space for car parking.
The walking track also with lane for cycling is amazing.
New year eve there will be with a perfect view to Burj Khalifa

Undoubtedly one of the more familiar scenes of the city, The Dubai Fountain sits at the very foot of the Burj Khalifa, on the 30-acre Burj Lake, right next to The Dubai Mall. Its extravagant choreography of dancing water, lights and music in the evenings highlight the landmark, involving much of the front facade in the display. In the daytime, the lake gently reflects the surrounding buildings for a charming photograph, but at night, the lights and record-breaking fountain bathe the district in vibrant colours for a sight that never gets old.

Right across The Dubai Mall, another picturesque view of the Burj Khalifa awaits photographers. Designed as an indoor souk, the Arabesque shopping mall juxtaposes poetically with the tower's ultra-modern architecture. One of the best places to sit in the area .. on the fountain lake opposite to Dubai mall , has a high ground that makes you see more of the area .. and shaded by the shadows of the skyscrapers ..

Still under development site but reachable by all types of cars and suvs. Ideal place for an evening well spend, come with camping chairs, coffee etc to be fully enjoyable.

Burj Khalifa's Top is an incredible experience that offers stunning views of Dubai and the surrounding areas. It is very interesting to note that this is not a major hit although it has one of the best views to be enjoyed of the new Dubai. If one takes into consideration the fact that one can relax and view the city from here it has to be the best place. Also if one drives a bit further down the road you have a massive parking space. Like the other reviewer mentioned. The best full view of Burj Khalifa
