Nice place for resident at the heart of business bay which is hub of all corporate offices. Maintained the place in a great manner. Seen mix nationality of Asian, European and Arab. Food court and kinder garden school are also located.

nice place to spent the break time in between the office hours, and good space to spend the evenings. and please mind yourself if you are walking through the cycle way. The seats and dustbins are well maintained. good place. You can invite your friends to have some funny time together here. and beware of social distance and mask

Super super tiny I walked around it a few times looking for it before I realized that was actually a skate park. But to be fair, although it's smaller than any skate park I've seen before, I still rate it 4/5 for the fact it's open 24/7 so when the feels knock at 4 am you can actually grab your skates and go skate (learning tricks or grinds only). Oh and one hour free parking and there's no way you'd spend more than that time in 3sqm space

Nice skatepark for beginner level riders but very crowded with little kids running around (not using skatepark by its purpose while making its dangerous for riders and themselves)
