Honestly, the so-called "business village" in Dubai is a complete disappointment. For starters, the location is terrible and difficult to access without a car. Once you arrive, you're greeted with lackluster facilities that are far from impressive. Don't even get me started on the customer service - it's practically nonexistent! It seems like the staff would rather be doing anything else but helping customers. Overall, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. There are far better options for conducting business in Dubai than this sorry excuse for a "village."

Good business place,many companies, different entrances it has , check before go which entrance you have to take, Dubai economics and tourism office is there ,Dura city center exit 2, walking distance, almost 6 to 8 minutes

As shown by name, this is pure business community. Many big names of business offices are located. Some Banks like Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank and RAK Bank CDM also available. Good restaurant inside and outside
