El lugar es asqueroso. No hay higiene, ni protección sanitaria. El carnicero estaba fuera, fumándose un cigarro, y al coger la carne ni se lavó las manos, al pesarla en la báscula no puso ningún tipo de base encima o un simple papel, directamente la puso ahí sobre el metal todo sucio. Es la peor carnicería, en cuanto a higiene y sanidad, de lo que he visto.
