I recently brought an Anker product from Plug & Point. It was almost AED. 170 less than Virgin Mega Store. Delivery was within a day. They replied very fast to my questions. After delivery, they reached me to see if I'm happy with their service & product.

Overall very professional service. Keep it up!

My own experience was great. I order a PEAKDESIGN camera bag. I was attracted cos it was 20% less expensive that anywhere else. That made me wary so i initially put cash on delivery....but it was a misplaced concern as service was perfect. I got a call next day + communications throughout to confirm and 48 hour prompt delivery. They even allowed me to change to card payment. Very helpful!

worst service I have ever encountered in the UAE. They have ZERO customer service. Half of their phone extensions do not work. If you finally get someone on the line they are not helpful at all or do not call back or make empty promises!
They should be closed down for how they are treating customers! Do NOT buy from them!!!

No customer service. No body picks up phone or responds to your email. I ordered and paid for 2 AFRA extension cord. And have no idea when they will deliver or or are they going to deliver. Tried reaching the phone numbers given in their website and google multiple times, but no body answers.

Don't recommend this service,
as it was mentioned earlier there is not support, nobody will answer if you have any issues.

You don't know when delivery happens, item just arrive at some day, support is silent, nobody answers.

Then I requested refund and it nobody answered to me.
