This definitely one of the low quality restaurants.
A small group went for dinner and order several dishes and appetizers to share. Surprisingly, the portions were too small! and the food doesn’t taste well. Put that aside, what really ruined the experience is the staff treatment who kept us waiting for long time until the food was cold! That was disrespectful.
I am not surprised that this place is temporarily closed.

Best Palestinian dishes with great customer service, waiters greet you gracefully and are very welcome particularly a waiter called Ahmad. They also celebrated my sister’s graduation beautifully. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, you won’t regret it.

Came here for iftar. The price is 99 per person, i have book 4 days ahead and i got the worst table at the restaurant! I was seated next to the entrance and the buffet, i asked for a different table and the hostess kept asking me to wait until but i guess it was never her intention to change my table.

However for food
For the starters were good, the main courses were mostly done till we started to pick up our mains. (they are not making enough food because i wasn't the only one who didn't find the entire food selection) anyway from what we tried was the shrimp tajin from the size and the taste of the shrimp i can tell its the pre-packaged frozen shrimp and we had the butter chicken (no idea what indian dish does in Palestinian cuisine) but it was fine.
For dessert not much options and no fruits.

Service staff weren't very attentive but I think its because of the location of my table and many crowds around me.

Food taste is really bad. The service is really bad. Food takes soo much too be served plus we ordered fattet hommus with beef it was as if you are eating babies food (cerelac) and the pasta that we ordered took 1 hr and we canceled it. Most of the food items aren’t available in the food menu. Worst experience ever not even related to Palestine nor Palestinian food this is really sad

very yummy & authentic dishes with palestinian touch.
the place is sooo relaxing with nice deco yet the music want matching with ambiance, we were expecting to hear palestinian songs to align with the atmosphere.

I really recommend this place for the best Palestinian lunch.
The Best msakhan ever and the Mansaf is very good.
Dont forget to try the sweets specially the chocolate and strawberry jar.
Also the Shisha is fantastic ????
