A perfect place to spend summer in dubai!! ⛱️????✨

We enjoyed our visit during Saturday Pool and beach vibes with my best-friend. The hotel and resort was truly a luxury that we were so amazed and the service was so great.

We had fun at the pool and beach access with stunning views of Atlantis Royal and Atlantis the palm. ????

We also had a sumptuous dinner buffet at Wave restaurant.

Overall experience was so AMAZING!
I will recommend it to all my friends ????

This is a lovely hotel, with friendly staff and a nice view from the private beach.

Whilst the building work next door does ruin the peacefulness when relaxing on the beach, I wouldn't say it ruined our holiday.

The rooms are nice, with very large and comfy beds. (both hard and soft pillows so you can chose). The bathrooms are basic but more than adequate.

Buffet breakfast and dinner were both nice with a good selection. Far better choice than other hotel buffets I have been to, however some dishes could do with being warmer.

I would definitely stay again.

Hotel Review:

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a few notable issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the menu was presented on a tablet, which unfortunately was not functioning properly. Although they provided a manual menu as an alternative, it was inconvenient that they wanted to retrieve it shortly after delivering it to the room. The room itself felt quite small, and the cleanliness was average, scoring 3 out of 5. Additionally, I found the attitude of the receptionist to be disappointing, which negatively impacted my perception of the hotel. However, it's worth mentioning that the majority of the staff, particularly the valet personnel, were friendly and welcoming. On a similar note, the room service was somewhat slow in answering calls, often requiring a wait time of 5 minutes or more. If the booking had been refundable, I would have considered leaving after the initial inconveniences. Regrettably, I've been waiting for over an hour, and no attempt has been made to fix or replace the faulty tablet. Despite giving the hotel a chance, this lack of attention to my concerns has been disheartening.

Overall they have an exceptional service. All staff are genuinely happy and smiling they assist us from the moment we arrived and get out the car until we checked out. The receptionist name Christian is very professional and he explained everything from A to Z. Awesome experience! We will comeback for sure and bring my whole family.

Issues with attitude by some reception staff. I had an all inclusive offer in writing but initially refused at reception without a heated argument.
The pool bar guys were brilliant and concierge too.
Room was as expected nothing special, we had a minibar menu but no contents in the mini fridge and we had to waste a lot of water to get hot water to the shower. Maintenance said we turn the basin on full and the shower tap also, like a full minute or so to wait for hot water then we will get through the shower head. Seems silly to then read a sign that says recycle your towels !
ONLY buffet food, shame as I was expecting a nice restaurant meal the night we stayed but I didn't check the website, merely assumed, my error!

I stayed at this hotel in May and was charged for breakfast for both myself and my granddaughter which we were unable to have due to our flight being early morning. I raised this the evening before we left and was told someone would ring my room. No call was received. In the morning (4am) i raised yet again and was told i would receive a refund on my card. I had a drinks bill to pay and they would not deduct the refund from this and let me pay the balance as it "wasn't the way it was done" (conveniently). 6 weeks later i still haven't received a refund and the Hotel ignore my emails now. I wouldn't stay here again, that is not the practice of a respectable hotel. Once you leave, they keep your money (meals are very expensive here in any case) and they take advantage of the fact there is nothing you can do about it once you leave Dubai. PS £11 for a can of lager!! Pool food is ridiculously expensive and it's too far from anywhere else to get anything else.

The hotel hospitality was some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed for my family. I think it is one of the best and safest 5 star hotels. Very wonderful architecture with very unique interior. Stunning scenery everywhere. Eating and drinking is normal. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places.
