Disappointed with how they respond to customers. Sent an inquiry to lady named Mythili through WhatsApp and email as well. It's been week i did not get any response even not responding to follow ups.

I approached CAD Gulf 2 years ago for our Head office IT Maintenance. I should say they never let me think of going with another IT provider. Engineers are very supportive and give us immediate responses whenever we call them.
