Last week we were at Novotel for staycation and came down to this cafe in the lobby for snacks . What I loved the most is they have small play area for kids and my daughters were busy playing . They have a kids menu too .

We ordered burger and chicken tikka sandwich, both were great . For our daughters bday they did surprise us with a chocolate berry mousse cake from this cafe and it tasted really good .

The cafe is walking distance from the world trade centre and its ideal for visitors to stop by .

Also after 5 Pm they have a discounted price for the bakery items .

Loved the service and food here .

Extremely rude service and over priced location. 1. Before we were able to settle down our bill was presented to our faces with a gesture to leave. 2. We approach the valet to bring back our cars which charge us 150 per car! For 1.5 hours in a location we are forced to valet in. When we asked for the stamp they questioned if we were even at the place.
Extremely disappointed and saddened by the Novotel

Waited for food for close to an hour. Staff is poorly trained, food was extremely low quality and overcooked, they messed up my order twice.

It's one of the besttttttttt. We ordered alfredo pasta, chicken Caesar salad and Caprese. Everything was well prepared and presented. Delicious food and friendly staff
