It was such a disappointment. Prices are very high but expected good meal. You fail me. Food quality and quantity was really bad. Supper salty. The Batu modju was full of greasy and taste disgusting. You must take another chef or close this place. You spoiling taste of Sri Lankan food.

BTW fish rolls for 30 AED.? And Sri Lankan Kitchup “Heinz” ??

Amazing Sri Lankan food! Authentic, delicious, and spicy. I always go with the Ceylon prawn curry with paratha, coconut sambal and out of this world roasted garlic rice. So much flavour!

A delicious surprise! Cafe Kolomba was my first Sri Lankan food experience and it blew me away. We ordered bento plates in order to try a few different dishes and each dish was better than the last. The food was made with love. I’ll definitely order again and again.

If you all are on the hunt for delicious and authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine in Dubai.. Cafe Kolomba will blow your mind.. as they say it genuinely is “ Tropical Sri Lanka on a Plate”.. such delicious, flavorful and colorful spread of the mouth watering food which I could not get enough of..
We tried the below items and the food was superbbbbbb ????????????????

1. Beef Kottu
2. Rainbow Bento with chicken
3. Hot butter cuttle fish
4. Short eats assortment
a)Mutton Rolls
b) Fish cutlet
c) Beef Patties
5. Watalappam
6. Milk toffees
… Don’t waste too much time and place your order with them ASAP ????????

Not worth of giving even 1 star. Ordered food at 7 pm and confirmed with the card payment deduction. At about 8 pm they canceled the order and refunded. Waiting of time is above. First order as a srilankan. Don’t waste time.

Love your fried rice but lately the portion has been reduced. Plus the last 4 times the delivery was done without the chilli paste. Hope the standards are not going down.

As a fan of Sri Lanka after living and travelling there for a year, I always miss the local food. To me it’s the tastiest and most diverse selection of vegetable curries and sides (rice and curry dishes). Cafe Kolomba’s food is the closest to Sri Lanka I can get after moving to Dubai. We order at least once/twice a week since we found it in food delivery apps. We especially like batu moju! The butter cuttlefish and shrimp curry are also must tries! They never disappoint (so far). We are looking forward to trying dine in and ordering their kottu (which we believe best to eat freash from the kitchen).

Definitely not authentic Sri Lankan. Food tasted more Thai than Sri Lankan. All curries tasted same with tonnes of canned coconut milk (could be fresh cream). Food was waaaaay over priced. Oh and terrible packing.
