A nice stop for creameries, pastries, cakes, coffee and fresh juice. Mango yoghurt and strawberry yoghurt icecreams are must try for yoghurt lovers.

We often stop here for snacks like ice creams cakes and tea or coffee. The staff is super nice and kids love the ice creams. My tea was just right too. Thanks

The staff is rude and giving wrong information or should I say a bad liar. First I asked about their croissant, instead of answering me, both staff talked to each other in their native language. Then I asked why my bill is not as per promotion price. She said that they don't have promotion. She doesn't know what Dubai Food Festival is. I explained to her but she said that their branch is not included in the Dubai Food Festival (DFF) promotion. Upon showing the details I got from DFF, she said that it is referring to other Caffe Divino located in Downtown (there is no other branch in Downtown apart from their branch). I even showed her the photos from the reviews but still did not believe me. I told her to verify the info but she said I already got my order. I told her some people may go there for the offer since DFF is not yet over. She left me and went to other customer. I will never go back to this branch ever!

Too expensive: 95 AED for two ice cream cones. I'd suggest you to go somewhere else.

The staff of this cafe will try to lure you in on your way to or out of the Dubai Mall with cheerful "Yes Ma'am, hi, Sir! Ice cream! Gelato!" I stop by on my way out to recharge a bit with a slice of cake (Dh20) and a pot of tea (Dh12). I suggest trying their mango cake for its sweet and a bit sour taste. Music -- their favorite seem to be covers of Justin Bieber's songs -- is a bit too loud for my taste, but it keeps me awake when I need to get some work done. WiFi password is available from the waitresses. I hardly ever saw all 12 tables busy. Two sets of electric outlets are on the wall opposite the counter in case you need to charge your phone. Staff is friendly and joyful. Sometimes they sing and even dance a bit.
