What a spectacular experience for my son’s Baptism reception! Food and service were excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an all inclusive venue. I didn’t have to lift a finger in organizing the party. Caketealicious did everything for us, from the providing a beautiful venue, backdrop, chairs and tables, cakes, cupcakes and sweets, and energetic host for a very great and affordable price. We literally could not ask for more.

I’m so pleased with my order from Caketealicious.
All in all the quality and taste are both good.
Delivered earlier than expected but it was all ok since the delivery guy waited until the school allowed him to enter.

A few co-parents asked for the pastry shop contact details and were happy to share them, though I had to inform them that the customer service was not as polite and approachable as expected.

Your customer service at some point needs to improve their patience, politeness, consideration, and understanding since you are running a food business.

They should be more aware that your customers demand more information about your cakes and that you also customize so obviously this should be automatic.

I suggest that phone calls, social media, and WhatsApp conversations are the best communication tools.

Furthermore, avoiding response delays regardless of your loaded orders is a priority to sustain a good business in the future.

Still, this pastry shop is highly recommended ????????

First of all i just want to say thank ypu caketealicoius team for Wonderful and Excellent work you've done to our special event baby SHOWERING for baby amierah..My guest really love the food the venue, the decorations table set up cakes are so beautiful and everything, i can see their smile on thier faces and im so happy that they are happy on that occasion. Staff are very friendly and accomodationg. I'm really thankful to Allah that I choose caketealicoius to celebrate our special event in our life.really highly recomended thank you to miss aple our Emcee and her assitant ..really I appreciate you guys really job well done..actually this our big Dream to have this kind of occasion i was so emostional as this is our second baby and our first baby was gone after giving birth as he have many health problem. I'm so thankful to Allah they gift us a health baby now coming soon .thank you caketealicoius ????????????

Smooth transaction and ordering process. Value for money????. Special thanks to Joshua who was very kind in assisting us. And of course to chef Tristan who was very accommodating.
My daughter absolutely loved the cake. Thank you for making my request happen.
Also, the cake itself is very tasty.
This is our second time to order and will definitely not be the last.
Highly recommended.

Good job to the team who organized the 1st birthday party of my daughter.
They are accommodating and approachable especially to the EmCee “thanks for being jolly and friendly “you did your part very well po, we enjoy from start till to the end.
Decorations and table Setups “achieved more than I expected’
Foods “taste goods and has a good quality “hindi tinipid” than other commercial buffet I’ve been tried”
Cakes and cup cakes “these are delicious, you made my mind changed about decoration cakes/cup cakes”
Venue “enough space as per the package”AC is not so cold that time but tolerable. I saw it’s under repair , will be fixed soon for sure.

Package Price “ its reasonable, no regret paying for it”

All in all are very good and recommendable!

I loved it????they are truly amazing ???? ❤️ the 1st Birthday Cake of my babyAouie is simple but so beautiful and elegant.For me it is perfect???? it’s the same exact what I requested.And not to mention the taste of their cake is yummy too????.Thank you so much Caketealicious God Bless Always????Keep up the good work.

We celebrated the 4th birthday of our son last weekend. And as always, Caketealicious delivered a great service. This is our 2nd time celebrating here and we really enjoyed as well as our guest.

We most especially thanked Apple as she is a really great host. Claire, thank you for tour help in organizing our son's big day.
