Please DONT buy online. They picked up my return after 1 month of emailing them with no response and suddenly my order was picked up. 1 month later I've not received any refund and their customer satisfaction team is a joke. Read their reviews. And if you get a lady called Sarah, by some chance of God and feel happy. God help you. She's probably a BOT, they have zero interest in customer service the only way to contact them is an email. And they send the 'we'vr received your email' and after that you get radio silence.

I've given up on getting a refund. Such a scam.

I wish I read the reviews before I did my online shopping with them. These days where online shopping is so popular and efficient, I could not believe such a big brand like Calzedonia would operate like an online scam!

I have purchased items from them online. The issue here is my card was charged but there was no order made! I thought it was some sort of errors and for sure my money won't be gone for nothing since I know it is an international brand. I could never be more wrong! I have filed a complaint detailing my issue, there was an acknowledgement of they will find out and contact me back soonest. Of course, I heard nothing from no one. I tried to look for other ways to contact them but the only channel is one email address, no matter how you will go around it, it leads you back to this one email address! Now I can only hope the bank will cancel the transaction.

I have ordered an item and returned it within timeframe online.

I never got a refund and the „customer service“ is telling me, for over a month now, that someone will contact me. Nothing ever happens, they have kept my refund and keep referring me to other departments. Very disappointed and no customer service whatsoever.

Still waiting for my refund…

I called the shop not to close and wait for me because i should buy something urgent,
Ms Rodrica the manager waited for me 15 min extra , her service was amazing, 15 min are enough for me to reveal her great service. Much appreciated!

I ordered last April 2021, the size was too big so i emailed hello calzedonia customer care, to exchange the size or get a different items. They said they dont do exchange rather refund, so the process starts when the items were picked collected by Aramex, dated April 20.2021. And so far until now, June 19, no one has given me any details or update regarding my refund of 568 dhs. Ive emailed hellocalzedonia everyday and they gave me the same answer. Automated answer only. Absolutely no customer care and for a big company, no exchange of item is absolutely not acceptable.
