WORST service, 2 weeks before waiting for their service. Costumer service always said they will update but no update. Dont trust this company and the staffs

Customer Service is very poor. We have been chasing for technician to come for a week and no one bother to confirm the day or reply anything meaningful. Our service request was sent as an urgent and yet it was considered. Heads up to all who is looking to get a contract from this guys

Pathetic & Worst Service.
we have reported an issue with canon & it has been 9 days nobody from canon has visited the office to sort out the issue. when we dial the toll free number u can hear the prerecorded message & then u select any option & there is no response.. many exchange of mail also took place but till date our issue is not resolved. very unprofessional service from the top brand.

The worst customer service ever, it's been 2 months now since I have sent a PO for a spare part the support team doesn't even have the courtesy to even respond to the customer's email. I would want to rate a zero start but google doesn't allow the same. These people are ruining the reputation of CANON brand. I hope CANON takes some action against these people.

I fumbled upon an Account Manager of Canon by chance and I am glad I did. I received such nice customer service and better rates than market. A big thank you to Mr. Sufian for not only helping me with the enquiries but also guiding me about the best suited solution, be it purchasing the machine or renting it!

Worst Customer services ever.
We have an annual maintenance contract with them and they takes more than a 1 week to reply back to our email. Its been more than a week our printer is having an issues. We have email them multiple times and still they haven't responded yet.
