Always issues with maintenance, elevators are not enough considering the building size and parking bump at the entrance is very harmful to cars

Mid level tower at Business Bay, I mean not very fancy as you expect in the area with average office Rental. Parking available in the basement of the building for visitors on payment of nominal fee. Road side parking is also available for free but always full being a busy business hub.

Lifts you can wait more than 10min from parking so be prepared if coming for appt. It’s also costing per hour but always spaces available

Elevators most of the time busy,sometimes one of them is not working ???? Time to fix and to clean it at least.

Good place... Both F19A and F19B stops here. U can take F19A to get here and F19B to get to the bussiness bay matro station from the capital golden tower. The busses are available with in 20 minutes intervals. It has a paid parking available. The tower have multiple bussiness available.

Visitors should have better parking ticket facilities. We should got at least two hours free .
