The work done was extremely professional and at a reasonable price.
The business conduct was professional and honest - it's a breath of fresh air compared to most companies in the space.

I went there with two problem in my car
AC was not cooling : While giving my car to them they advised that they would FIX the problem in ONE DAYS time and hand over the car back but that wasn’t the case. It took them 2.5 days after a lot of push .Since the time I gave my car to their workshop I have been asking them to check and give me the QUOTATION before they could start working on it. This mechanic (KAMRAN) ordered the parts and fixed it as well. Neither the part was purchased with my consent nor the cost was advised to me
Driver side window not working : Instead of checking what is the problem is , Kamran already ordered some part without checking with me and fixed it. After fixing it he realized that the part ordered was not the problem and he had to order the window motor instead. What kindly of mechanic is this who does not check the problem and just orders parts without the customers consent.
After going through all of this trauma he gives me a bill of AED3200/- ( AC PART AED 1200 or so ,Window part which was not needed AED 450 & Labor cost AED1600/-)for the AC and Window which wasn’t and still isn’t fixed.
Instead he messed my window up all the more. The LABOR cost AED1600/- which was more than the parts and did not even complete their work. This labor cost is more than HALF the salary of one of their mechanics & NO RECEIPT GIVEN at the end of all of this.
I ended up paying AED3000 for just the AC and a MESSED UP WINDOW thank to the mechanic.
All the more some change money which was in the car was also taken.
This is ridiculous mechanical work, physically & financially draining ,HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
