I read few reviews about delivery on 31.12. Same had happened to me. They didn’t even apologize. They suggested me to pick up the order myself, 2 hours before NY somewhere 3 km away from my home. Well done!((
Further more 2 times they delivered spoiled salads and old cookies. When I complained, first what I have to do is to break thru their arguments that food can’t be spoiled cuz they are so good. Second, in a format of big favor, they suggest replacement. They don’t feel sorry but just offer to replace

We placed an order in advance for today (31.12.2022) as we are having a company gathering to celebrate New Years. I called to confirm that the order is placed and will be delivered before 2 pm, so that we are covered for the event and was assured everything is fine.

Today, however, we did NOT receive anything, the company is not picking up the calls or replying to messages. We had to urgently order some food from neighboring restaurants!!! Highly unprofessional! I understand today there are plenty of orders, but if you commit and accept the order, I suppose that it must be delivered!

Unfortunately this company is slowly cutting down on their product quality. Been ordering from them for the last 2 years. And every time I decide to give them another chance, I ended up being even more disappointed than the previous time. Last time their chebureki meat tasted off, my family had food poisoning. This time I’ve ordered Roast Beef and in 1kg portion, I’ve counted 6 little pieces of meat and the rest is full of potatoes. So if you fancy 1kg of boiled potatoes for AED94, than you are up for a treat! It’s sad, because this place used to be amazing. ☹️

Its useless to place an order & wait for it, you'll not get it???? if you call & ask why, they'll tell you that they have technical problems, cant prepare your order. Yeah, imagine! ????

I had very bad experience with Caravella Catering in Dubai. Mistakes on orders, getting not correct orders and not correct food. Food is always super salted even after comment on the moment of ordering and even after asking them by WhatsApp to put less salt in all food. During WhatsApp conversion I've got not appropriate answers in very rude way. No apologies on the mistakes. No taking care of clients and orders, no afford to understand what was the issue. Just an answer: we did not live up to your trust. That is all. I had very bad experience. I will never recommend it to any of my friends. I'm not recommending it to anyone.

The worse service ever! I ordered for New Year’s Eve and they confirmed ! Simply cancelled at 5!!! And didn’t even informed me, until I realize they will never deliver! As they were not picking phone even. Worse managers, who can’t handle , than don’t be greedy and take more orders!
