Quiet when we called in, only one other person there. Friendly ladies on the desk helped us use the return/borrow machine for the first time. Nice and clean

I like Waltham library.
Since retirement i have been a regular member borrowing books weekly.
There is a reasonable choice of books though thus could be expanded, i was unable to find a travel book on spain recently.
They have a good display of new books.
The staff are pleasant, though i normally use the automated machine which is very easy to use.
Overall a good library.

Staff very helpful, went in with my grandson we were hoping for a leaflet on the history of Waltham, this wasn't available but we were given some old photos to view.

I Teach a Mindfulness Meditation Class at Waltham Library every week 1-2 this class is free of charge and the staff are wonderful, so approachable when taking bookings & helping with books as they have s great choice of mindful meditation books & self help books.

Problem with the computer, not able to print some information.
Lack of resources and books I needed.
Otherwise great friendly and helpful staff.
